anyone ever dealt with Havon at NNA?
This guy Havon (ext 3418) is handling a case for me at NNA. I have called him 3 times and left messages in the last 2 weeks.
He has never called me back. I talked to another rep ay NNA and she said she would go tell Havon to call me.... do you think he did? nope....
What does it take to get NNA to help a Z owner???
