Default Intense Motorsports

First off I apologize if this is the wrong section, I did not know where to post this...

I ordered the AEM cold air intake on 10/27 from them. I tried emailing them about 4 days ago to check the shipping status since the link in my email w/ my order still has not updated. I have not heard back and I have been trying to call their customer service line for the past 2 days, multiple times a day. I've left messages, but never got a call back.

I know they are a big reputable company from what I have heard (I'm new to the Z scene) but this isn't my idea of good customer service.

Does anyone have any contact with anyone from there or have any other suggestions as to what I might try to do?

Like every other aftermarket part related company, they are probably at SEMA this week. Give 'em time, they'll get back to you.

They will be at SEMA...I think there was a thread they created regarding this.

j/k....I knew it is going on, but I would have forgotten if I had a problem as well.

Ah excellent! I never saw that thread, yes that is the same company.

Thanks for the really quick help, very much appreciated!

Funny thing is, I was at SEMA too, and never even thought of that...wish I knew they were there haha.
