First off I apologize if this is the wrong section, I did not know where to post this...
I ordered the AEM cold air intake on 10/27 from them. I tried emailing them about 4 days ago to check the shipping status since the link in my email w/ my order still has not updated. I have not heard back and I have been trying to call their customer service line for the past 2 days, multiple times a day. I've left messages, but never got a call back.
I know they are a big reputable company from what I have heard (I'm new to the Z scene) but this isn't my idea of good customer service.
Does anyone have any contact with anyone from there or have any other suggestions as to what I might try to do?

Funny thing is, I was at SEMA too, and never even thought of that...wish I knew they were there haha.
