Best driving position?
What is the best driving position where you have the most control over your car. (or leverage over the wheel)
Is it to put the seat as low as it can go, the wheel as high as it can go, and as far forward and as straight up as possible?
right now I have the two ***** on the drivers seat both set so the seat is as low as it can possibly go....
but that makes the seat like this.... --_ /
where the front of the seat where my thighs touch is high, then where my butt is is sink in and I have the back as straight up as is comfortable.
Is that how the rest of you sit, or do you move the back/butt part up so that your butt and thighs are parallel?

I have a more 100 degree angle. I don't like it to be too sharp at 90 degrees but 100 is the perfect angle. I'm not to tall so I have to seat closer to the steering wheel to push the clutch in.

You always seem to have a serious, helpful answer. I can't wait for the day to see you layin' down the flame. I feel like it'll be epic.
As for my comments on this thread:
You want the steering wheel high and the seat low. you wanna be able to look through the steering wheel (as in under the top part of it) and see no road in front of you. Experts agree that you should feel the road, as opposed to see the road.

really???? damn i havent even tried because i couldnt even get it on w a 5'3" girl in the passenger seat of a 5th gen honda prelude, i cant see it happening in the seat of a Z. we had to go to backseat of the lude with both seats all the way forward and inclined forward. im guessing the only way its possible is with her facing toward the front of the car? tell me more.
OP:
the best thing to do to make sure you have the most control of the wheel is to get a set of nice hugging racing seats. this way, in hard cornering, you're not using the wheel as a point of resistance to stay sitting up straight, which hinders your leverage.
