Default Engine Question?

Are our engine's considered inline 6's?

If so that is a good thing right? I never noticed this noted anywhere and thought it should be?

V6, 3 on each side. The last Z straight 6 was in the 280Z

I only ask cause this picture makes them look like they are inline don't you think?

IF it was inline than all the runners would be on one side, with 6 in a row, not intertwined like that one....

He's looking at how all the intake pipes line up, not how you can see the V shape of the block. He's probablly thinking the intake is in more of a spark plug position at the top of the cylinder, than more of an off to the side port.

Also, pop your hood see that big *** sticker that says V6?..... yeah.
