Calin, like I said before, you could have just called me and worked it out. Everyone who knows me can tell you how easy I am to work with. I'm not taking the low road here and airing out the laundry. I could post some comments and things that would back up my situation and the position I took, but that's not me. I don't care how many people walk away, I won't bash you to defend myself. Again, that's not me.
One thread that comes up negative here and now the world is over? Look at my thread that is a million pages long. You think i'd be where i'm at today if I had crap customer service? If you really wanted to resolve the issue, you could have called and it would have worked out. I'm postive of it. I'm not in hiding. Everyone knows where to find me. This is all im going to say on it. If people want to believe a one sided story, they are absolutely free too.

here you should make an account in the popular Subaru forums and evo forums... and link this forum to them.... And just keep spreading... until he fixes your problem or gives some of your money back, so you can buy new lights....

honestly, from a customer stand point- i dont want to see the vendor trying to back up his side of the story by posting info that is irrelevant to the current situation. that to me is shady right there... i'd rather see him trying to solve the problem, not arguing.

I think a couple bad threads doesn't make a person bad. Well all know there are two sides to every story. Those lights do look like ***. I hope you get things worked out.
If anyone decides to do any business with an online vendor or in person for that matter you need to have written warranties in place. As the buyer you should protect yourself.

the fact is calin respects cincity's work and thinks they are a good vendor. I doubt he's trying to bash them, he is just upset with this situation, which i agree is a bad one.
If I sent perfect headlights out and they came back damaged I would also want them to be replaced. thats not a outrageous request.
and Nic, your responses have been standoffish and immature. You really need to replace these headlights.
