It's good to hear he is swapping the lenses and properly taking care of.
In almost all of the cases I have seen this happen it's due to the lenses being resealed to the housings before the paint fully curred. Mr. Zipp's was famous for doing that from what I've read. But it could definitely be other causes, I'm no headlight painting professional.
When I blacked out my '03-'05's, I let the paint fully cure and dry for around 3 solid days. I never had these tiny cracks ever since (which was maybe 6-8 months ago), though my lenses have issues from me accidentally getting some Goof-Off on them. They are much larger cracks though.
Please post back after the lenses have been swapped!

This is why I'm so confused. Nic had the hands down best communicatin with me over anyone in my life. He relied to pms every morning and gave me his cell so I could text him. He relied to every text within 5 min no matter what time of day. I probably got very annoying asking so many questions, LOL but he did whatever he could to make sure I was satisfied. Like I said, I'm really surprised about this thread cause I'm sure Nic would have taken care of it with a simple call.

Glad u got it worked out! I dont understand why people wanna come in this thread and sumwhat nuthug and say **** like ur a cheap as$ and why didnt u call and why r u making a big deal of this. Why dont YALL put urself in his shoes? If i traded my beloved xbox and money for light work on my Flawless Headlights and then when i gotta back they look like crap. then tired to resolve it and got the responses u got........I wouldv ruined his buisness on many forums.
And yea that downtime when he had them and shipped them out is weird! Pretty much seems like he just sent u sum1 elses lights

glad to hear he's taking care of it but not sure why youre apologizing...... seems he's only doing this because of the threads you created. otherwise he would have taken care of it in the first place. (Atleast thats the impression i got from his first responses to you)

Glad to see this get resolved, would have been better if it had happened without all of this bs, but in the end I hope Calin is happy and that Nic can continue to do well in his practice.
Lessons that should have been learned
1. make the customer happy(most business come from word of mouth and a good word goes along way).
2. sometimes one has to take a loss to keep making a profit(future business)
3. things always seem to work out when you speak to someone and try to work things out in a calm and polite manner(not saying that you didn't Calin) and try to come up with a solution that will make both of you happy(ie you get the lights that you want, Nic gets future business through people you reffer because even though you first set didn't turn out right, he fixed and made it right[no one is perfect])

ANYWAYS, OP glad you got your lights taken care off.
The thread is bizarre cause nic did a good job on my headlights.... when i first got them shipped i informed it to him that one came damaged and no questions asked he asked me to get it shipped back to him and he fix it and send it back... yea a delay but it was handled smoothly... the work was fine so i have no complains there either... IMO he should have followed the same procedure with your headlights. Why this didnt happen i dont know, but at least its take care off now.
Nic is a good guy, and i am sure he will make his business better as a result of this transaction. Everybody else need to simmer down.
