Man that really hurts me to even look at the pics! I can only imagine how you must feel.

The worst thing about this forum is when members post pics of wrecked or damaged Z s. I want to go home right now and just give my babe a hug. I feel like someone died.

Stick to your guns...take your car to the best and most expensive shop in town. I have alot of experience with bad luck (hence my freakin $270/mo insurance bill).

Once I got in an accident (a drunk driver hit me). I told his insurance company that I would need another comparable vehicle ( i just made up some excuse) and I got a brand new 4X4 Toyota 4Runner for a month....total bill $3500

i cant say my neck and back hurts because i already told my insurance and the officer at the scene that i was 100% physically ok. But it IS emotionally damaging for me to see my Z all messed up like that

I didn't take it ! They said that they would pay me to drive my sons girlfriends car. So that's what i am doing. Now they only want to pay her for 10 days, I don't think so, I have been without my z for 27 days already. I sent them that 250. check back and said think again. They think they can do you anyway they want too. I am seeing a lawyer this afternoon, saw one this morning but he represents the sistering company of this company that hit me. So off to do what I really didn't want to do. Girl gota do what a girls gota do. These 2 guys who work for this insurance company are real jerks, if i could have reached threw my phone friday afternoon, one of them would have been without *****.
Don't let them pull yours, stand your ground! It was not your FAULT!!

OH, one more thing. Your wheels looks like mine, they said they would buff it out. Mine has a hairline crack, do they think we are going to drive on this. Take as many pictures as you can, stick to your guns. But know now that car is now a wrecked car, carfax is going to know it is a wrecked car, did you want to buy a wrecked car? NO WAY! Just think of that, you are now paying for a wrecked car, my son made me think of it like this. It made me get tough.

You will feel the pain tomorrow, a bad pain in the _zz, no preparation h is going to help that. I went and bought me a 12 pk of michelob ultra an got tore up. But the pain was still REAL.

yes ^ you should NEVER tell the insurance company, the other driver, or the police on the scene that you are perfectly fine. You should at least say you feel very shaken up. It happens ALL THE TIME that persons don't "feel" their back or neck pain until the next day.

So true. I was hit by a CHP before and I immediately felt a sharp pain in the rib area. And yes, it hurt like b*tch.

Next couple of days, I had mid and lower back pains, neck pains, right side chest pains, and these radiated to my arms.

Funny how these things work, but that's the way it goes... kinda like working out after having not done so in awhile... it hits ya later (no pun intended).

Sorry about your accident, i got hit by a kid that ran a stop sign and hit my Z in the driver's side. They had to replace the front fender and fix the door and repaint but my rims were ok and they sent it for an alignment but it was ok and looked great in the end. It cost the kid that hit me about $3,500. Don't worry you'll be looking fine in no time, it doesn't look too bad!
