You can’t file for lien w/o court consent and I have no idea what filing an affidavit for stolen goods is. It has to go through small claims court.

Paypal is useless **** THEM. I got ripped off on ebay for 1500 and they did NOTHING. My CC came through for me.

Do not send $3000 to someone that does not have a solid reputation and make sure to use a credit card to protect yourself. It's really not that hard to protect yourself as a buyer these days.
