I don't understand, when it rains you don't have to drive slow just because its raining. people panic too easy about rain. I live on The east coast of canada and trust me we get alot of rain and fog. Alot of people have prob never seen fog. We had a summer with only 10 days of sun. you only have to slow down if you have bald tires, or get it ruts.

Because some insist on driving irresponsibly and think since they have a Z they're so fast and furious. They insist on passing cars as fast as possible, weaving through traffic, and speeding just to get to their destination 30 seconds quicker.
