BE WARNED!!! TheBlackPearlZ is a fraud and scammer!!!

I stated literally 5,6,7 times that he VERY WELL MAY HAVE DONE IT, and that I didn't know. I had no idea. Yet, I'm still "defending him". They're just pissed that I can see things from different perspectives b/c I've BEEN THERE.

thats nice. your missing my point... you were defending a scammer, thats why i said something. anyways, dont feel like talking to you about useless ****, this isnt aim.
please go back in the thread and read your posts. how would anyone in their right mind think that you were not giving excuses or supporting the scammer? anyways i dont care. I just hope that OP gets his money back.
There was a reference to the number being from Anderson. Ball State is in Muncie which is about 20 minutes from Anderson. I am from Anderson. OP if there is anything I can do here locally please let me know. I would be happy to help with anything.
Im with you godlike this is bull s***. I will see in the morning what the outcome has become, speak to paypal, if they have no word, then its always easy to stop payment from the credit card companies. This has been a scam from someone, no matter who it is, we will know very very very shortly the outcome and what will happen. Someone will be made an example of.
Also I am a computer noob but I know BS has wireless connections for the dorms. Are all of those connections under the same IP? If so he says that it's somebody at his school so that may explain the matching IP's.
I wonder how many times this crime has crossed state lines? Too bad US Mail was not involved as that would include Mail Fraud.
Some interesting reading here on the FBI's website about internet fraud. (General tips)

At the bottom, there is a link to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Get this person on the radar screen. Since every bank account opened has an association to a social security number, perhaps the IRS will audit unclaimed income. If he's done this a few times, he may have crossed the minimum amount to red flag an audit. It used to be $10K but I think this went down after 9/11 to crack down on terrorist funding.
Here is the link to the ICCC: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
Too much of a trail to get away with it IMO. The fastest way for him to make this go away is to suddenly come up with the parts and deliver it Fed-EX next day. The moment consideration was made (payment was transferred to the seller's account) then the seller was required to complete the sale. No matter what happened to him. The title transfer point is the buyer's home.
Time to man up and complete the deal. The seller's circumstances are not the fault of the buyer.

I find it strange that he says in one forum that he is in a financial crisis and has atleast 9,000 in his bank account. Im not in a crisis, and I wish I had 9k laying around. Well, that was after he said it was 8k, now its 9k.
The IP address can be explained by using the schools internet I suppose. But I cant understand how someone could login to a bank account and take out everything and not even a phone call? Is it possible to send money from one bank to another bank in a different name? Is it possible to close out a account online without notification?
Alex I think you need to explain these questions that have been asked over and over again.
1. Did you not check your email account for this period of time to not notice numerous emails regarding this matter?
2. Was the person that you sold this laptop to really a cousin, or a cool name to call a close friend?
3. Has your bank not called you to notify you that your account had been cleared out?
4. Can you honestly say that you are stupid enough to not have checked your bank account and paypal account in over a month?

I vouch for TheBlackPearlZ, I had a very smooth transaction from him when I purchased a Xbox 360 elite. I remember when he was selling his Macbook pro and I bet he just forgot a simple honest mistake which has now caused him problems. I'm sure some guy just did identity theft and I know it's not the real TheBlackPearlZ who did it. b/c the real one is a upstanding honest guy.
Yes, I've helped many, many people on this forum from small, simple things to thorough How-To's. Many people here know me, not only as a helper, but as a friend.
If you leave... I'm not sure anyone will care.
Prove me wrong.I never attempt to be funny. I'm a very serious person.
