Default What Color. What Color? What Color!

Hey guys, In a few months I am going to order an '04 Touring model! The problem is I need help on deciding which color. I really had my heart set on Red. But do Red cars fade? What if I Zaino the hell out of it? I really like Silverstone too. And all the other colors look awesome if they are kept well! What do you guys think?

Personal choice, my man. If red floats your boat, thats the ticket. all colors will hold up if you take care of them.

Thanks Was thinking about Liquid Aluminum, but that looks like a disapointment. I guess Red it is!

Of course all of this is personal taste but here is my 2 cents...I ordered a red Z thinking that my whole life I always wanted a red sports car. Two weeks prior to getting it, I finally saw a red Z in person and for some reason, i just did not like it as much as I thought I would. For me, I think the handles just contrasted too much with the paint. I reordered a silverstone. Funny thing is I never liked any silver color on any car before this but for some reason it just looked classy to me and the handles seems to fit that color well. I had the opportunity to see all colors at one time thus it really helped (in Nov of 2002, it was hard to find all Z colors at one time on a Nissan lot). I actually spent 2 hours just checking them out debating between the colors. I love the SS but it is harder to keep clean than i thought it would be.

Thanks for the reply. Same deal with me Zland, I have always wanted a Red Sports Car. I know the Silverstone may look better up front, but I think if you slap on a few coats of Zaino on the Red 350Z, it brings out its color and its a think of beauty! What else do you guys think? Can someone post Silverstone with some Zaino?

imo, you seem like you are only starting to look into buying a car. Don't seem to serious yet. Go to dealers and look around at the colors on the lot. In person every color looks different than in pics!

they are going to be perfectly detailed when they come off the lot...and they are going to have the best lighting too. the colors will look a lot better under their $10k lighting systems.

Well around my town there are very few Z's at all, and this somewhat influenced my decision as I wanted to stand out and not have the same car someone else already had. I had seen a blue, white, silver, orange, and black Z in my area but I had not seen any red ones.

I was pretty sure I wanted a Red or Black one when I got to the dealership, and I decided on Red because of it being more obscure in my area. However after a few months of having the car I sometimes think I should have gotten the blue it is really a cool looking blue. The main reason I tried to stay away from blue is because my SUV is blue and I didn't want 2 vehicles that were both blue. Still the blue is really cool looking.

In my opinion the best three colors for the car are Red, Black, or Blue but all Z's looking pretty damn awesome if you ask me
