learn to read: "im going to assume" this is based on the interest level from the 370z threads on this site (both positive and negative), so in that sense, the two cars are related (unlike previous post relating porsche PDK to 370z)
Learn to not assume. The two cars are related, their aftermarket parts market are not. The 350z hasn't affected a 240z or 240sx's aftermarket part market, and undoubtedly the 370z will not affect pricing of aftermarket parts for the 350z.

Now you've got it... research. Historical market trends, sales numbers, etc... I'm not going to research it though, it's not my job.

I concur, if wendy's came out with a new chicken sandwich it would be so delicious, and definitely affect milkshake prices worldwide.
First, it depends on the parts. Companies may run sales from time to time to reduce excess inventory levels, but most companies don't have such excesses in the first place. What will happen with the 350z is the same thing that usually happens when a new model comes out. Companies will phase out part #'s that don't sell, and stick to the part #'s that do.
