I have a friend I havent seen in a while who I was recently catching up with. Mentioned something about my car and she asked what it was. When I said 350z she laughed.....

Long story short, she said its a "gay car." Not in the sense of "that car is gay" = that car is lame, but in terms of "that is a car that gay men drive."

I can maybe see people saying this about the Solstices and the RX-8s; someone I know in the auto industry said they were marketed towards women a bit more, but I have never anything about the Z being a "gay car."

It was kinda weird, because she didnt really have any foundation for it.

What say you, My-350z-ers???

Generally, when people are jealous of something out of their reach, they insist on insulting it. Why? Because this reinforces their ideas that they don't have the item because they just don't want it.
