Default DAP/FYC ... Just Venting ...

Well, just came back from a local dealer to check out the roadsters.

Nevermind that you weren't allowed to even sit in them without leaving some sort of deposit.

They had 12 units (yes, twelve roadsters) -- 5 Enthusiasts, 7 Touring. They had a DAP/FYC of $5000 on the Enthusiasts and $9000 on the Touring.

I hate paying MSRP, much less above ... guess I'll just need to sit back and wait awhile.

I ran into the same thing when I first checked out the roadster. I drove it and loved it. I was going to take it home with me until they said there was $3200 dealer markup. Needless to say I left that dealer and checked out the other dealers in the area. But there were no more roadsters in the area. I got on the nissanusa site and checked just about everywhere in the southeast. Found a dealer in Chattanooga that has one coming in this month and willing to sell it at MSRP. I gave them a deposit and here I sit waiting for my new 350ZR. I believe I talked with a couple of dealers around Orlando that were willing to sell for MSRP. You might want to check it out.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll give it a shot and see what comes up. It's crazy around here!
