Well, i've spent all day on this problem. Knew I was going to get some good humor posting this thread. Hate myself for not just getting a damn spare key. Just gonna let it run all night, and go to the dealer first thing to hopefully get a key made (hopefully they have access to key specs out-of-state, i bought the car in North Carolina). If not, maybe they can offer a trick or something to get into the car. Last resort - I'll make some fun out of having to bust out my window and cry a little. I do have full insurance coverage.
Thanks to everyone, even the @$$hole humor.

I forgot to mention i couldn't find access to any rubber hoses to effectively cut the fuel to the engine.
The car's in my front yard so i'm not too concerned with someone stealing it.

Just get a clothes hanger or a steel rod, bend it and then push the unlock button. It really isn't that hard. Just slightly pry the window open from the top but be careful not to break it. It's a lot easier if you leave something jamming the window so you can work with the rod. I locked myself out once and it only took 5 minutes to get back in.
Or call a locksmith that knows what they are doing. Leaving the car on overnight because you can't figure out how to open it is plain stupid.

Actually here, try this.
Get a coat hanger, straight it out completely (or as well as you can). Make the end into a hook that can hook around your finger easily. Go to your door and bend the hanger so it curves towards you.
Slide hanger in between the window and b-pillar and try to hook the handle.
Then again, I haven't looked at my car in 4 months, so I forget how much room there is to do this by the b-pillar.

this is a shitty comment and it wont help you at all, but i thought id throw it out there since they're are so many stupid responses to this question.
Call the parking authority, I've watched Baltimore PA get into new BMW's, Z's, top of the line cars. Put down the e-brake and tow that **** away.
NOW THE REAL ADVICE
Wtf kind of locksmith cant get into that car just use a coat hanger to push the window switch down. Dont **** with the handle or the lock.

3 hours of the 10 today was spent on sticking various things through the rear vertical seal of the drivers window. Pulling the inside lever does nothing (door does not unlock). That is about the only thing that i can get accomplished. I can't get enough force or leverage to push the electric unlock button, window button, or the manual, mechanical lock button. I've done this MANY times on many different vehicles, probably about 50 times, literally. I'm usually the one that gets called to open my friends cars - and it happens alot .
I really feel wrong letting it idle overnight or even for 30 minutes - I'm so meticulous about letting my cars heat up & go into closed loop, also about excessive idling - If i have to start my car to move it or whatever, i sit in it for about 10 minutes, let it get to operating temp while holding the revs @ 2k. However, i feel - from my understanding - that letting it idle all night and replacing the spark plugs is a better option that busting the window out, having to clean up all the little glass chips from inside the door and everywhere, having a shop tear apart the door to install a window, and retinting the glass. In addition, breaking my window out would feel WRONG. I'm at a loss and feeling very dumb...

That's exactly what i did, to both doors. The inside door handle - when pulled with the hanger (like as if i were trying to get out of the vehicle) does not unlock the door= gets me nowhere.
