How did it happen? I'm sure there's more to the story than just this. Any pictures.

unless you plan on keeping everything stock, i would say this is an oppertune time to upgrade to that body kit or even a CF hatch. Not need to fork the money out twice. But if you want to go back to stock look then let insurance take care of it. It will be cheaper and the work will be garenteed...

So you paid cash for your car? State only requires Liability coverage and that all you bought? Or, the guy who hit you was uninsured. If that is the case the state generally has a fund for damage done by uninsured motorists. Check into that. If you have liability, your insurance company can do that for you.

Lol Davidv
Sadly SC only requires liability insurance Ill look into the uninsured act.
I am open to some kit parts but im sure plently of people have stock front ends sitting around from doing kit work in the front so if I could snag one of those and save myself some dough and put that money into performance id like to do that.

Just a thought.......I had a car hit one evening and the other person drove off. My insurance company paid what stock OEM parts would have cost for the repair and had no problem with me replacing those stock parts with aftermarket one as long as I was willing to pick up the cost differences. As expensive as OEM parts are from the dealerships, I actually made money on the deal by replacing the stock OEM parts with the aftermarket parts I wanted in the first place. If you have insurance money due to you for the damage, I would do a little research if I were you before having it repaired.
