I need to post some new pix. It is now all finished with the body kit and stripes. BUT, somewhere between Jenny picking it up at our race shop and the guy doing the lettering and back to me, the front bumper cover was damaged beyond repair. Now that our race team is gone for Daytona, I will have to wait until after SEMA to get a new one. Well I guess that means I need to think up other mod's to do!!

Jeff... glad to hear you project car is coming together. Can't wait to see some pics of the new paint job.

For my part, almost everything is on my car now (still working on a cat-replacement solution and some final tuning). The cams and plenum definitely add a bunch of pull at high revs!

Jeff. I can't find a local dealer that will put on Nismo cams. I have been holding on mods. I have a great local mechanic that will help me do some stuff but he does not want to touch the cams. They all say it is not worth their time. They can make much more money with easy stuff. I know that makes sense but it makes it painful for me.
I'm not surprised by this. Our local dealerships will not even bump my timing and idle for me to compensate for the NISMO cams. Hell... one of the dealerships is even an authorized Nismo dealer.

DavidD (and anyone else who can get to Charlotte, NC)...
I would highly recommend the guy who did my work on the Nismo Cams, Borla Headers, et al. The shop is Cosentino HiLines in Charlotte, NC. I can email contact information to anyone who PMs me.

The labor will be a little higher than other shops, but the quality of the work is without equal and they stand behind their work. They are very serious about doing the work right. I have been very satisfied with their efforts and am considering just taking my Z to them for all my work (including regular maintanence) at this point because the local dealerships are so lame.

Alright, before all the RICER flames, remember I built this car for advertising and so you local people can drive a car with Nismo mod's before buying..... (and also a major tax deduction).

I love how the S-Tune suspension sits on the Nismo wheels!

Jeff, I understand the rational behind rolling advertisement, but pink graphics on LSS????

Just my opinion, but you could have done the same theme with a different colored splash... but hey... with the prices you are giving on Nismo stuff out there, paint the whole car pink if you like! I don't care.

Yikes! Actually, the only part of the paint scheme that bothers me is the rear. The two pink (purple) triangles that follow the taillights down just don't look quite right.

As a billboard on wheels, you've definitely achieved your goal.

Thanks for being the guinea pig.

So we now installed the UnderDrive Pulleys yesterday. The first thing I noticed was the steering was a bit harder in the parking lot when idling around...... makes sence. Power wise I didn't notice anything on the butt dyno. Today I'm off to Technosquare for a bit of tuning and another dyno run to see if the lean condition has been taken care off. I'll let you know the out come.
