By the way, after trying to get in contact with him for a month....this is what I received from UPS a few days after he finally shipped it out...notice the quality box he packed it in

 

Sucks about the bumper and the member. I noticed him when he was trying to sell a y-pipe and was quoting me verbatim from the actual vendor site. Then he was using the ebay pics in his thread.

Another member was thinking of selling this scammer something locally and the dude never showed up.

So basically, the dude is a flake and scammer as far as I'm concerned.

I'm really sorry about the crap you have to go through and I'm not laughing at you. Anyone who would ship a bumper through UPS packaged like that is a moron. I worked in receiving before and I've seen how UPS handles their stuff. No one with a brain could possibly think bubble wrap would protect something like that. What a douche.

 

Trust me I was beyond pissed...unfortunately after talking to Paypal they said there was not much they could do about it. I just have a bad feeling that IF, or when, the OP gets his bumper, its gonna look like this
