Most insurance companies have the ability for the other party of the accident to file a claim even before the insured does so. Take your car to a bunch of different body shops to get an estimate and don't BUDGE when their adjuster calls you. He may ask you what you think your car is worth and the parts. Always think BIG. good luck

Thanks guys, well got my car back today finally. It feels good to be driving it again. They replaced as they said..bumper, driver's side fender and radiator support (as well as all the smaller parts inside bumper cover etc..) Car looks good, seems they did a good job. My insurance company was never involved since it was the other party's fault and luckily things turned out ok. Although of course I wish it hadn't happened in the first place but...what can you do, even if you're careful driving (as I always am) you can't always control other people's stupidity.
