That's outside the car.

You could use the button on the key though.

Trav, if the key is in the ignition, the button on the fob is blocked from opening the trunk hatch. If you pull the key out, then the key-fob button will open the hatch latch.

I wonder how long the safety committee pondered over that protocol. Obviously they were worried some klutz would accidentally open the hatch while driving past the cop shop, and dead hookers would tumble out!

Unhappy

The parking brakes. I never knew after almost 10 years of having my car that they are weak drum brakes.

They're, parking brakes.... it's the equivalent of a stick in the spokes, it's not meant to stop the car, just prevent it from moving, for which partial drums (as these are) are fine.

Cars are a mix, some use shoes on the inside of the discs, others have a separate physical actuator on the rear caliper to mechanically apply the regular pads.

Disadvantage of the latter type, is expense in the caliper production and more things to get jammed up, which happens in saltier climates.

I haven't had a problem with having sex in mine and I'm 6ft, get a girl that's flexible .

And you can get more than one girl in the car. Get 2 short ones and put them in the trunk. Just follow the diagram on your hatch of how to put 2 golf bags in there and you're golden!

I need to adjust my parking brake often, otherwise I'll find the Z at the bottom of the hill.

Interior paint sucks ***** in my 06, I can actually scratch off the paint with my fingernail. I wish they issued a recall for that crap.

Front bumper paint is also terrible. Compared to my wife's Lexus that still looks relatively flawless, mine looks like it's been through a war zone.

The thing that annoys me the most are all the interior rattles. My 01 Accord, 2000 Civic Hatch and '90 5.0L Mustang are all a million times quieter inside then my 04 350Z. The Ford is the quietest and it built like a tank in comparison. (it is smaller and weighs more then the other three). As for shifting, the 5.0L's transmission shifts like velvet in comparison to the Z's transmission. But the Z can easily trounce the 5.0L in a drag race and on top end. Also handles a bit better. I like the Z, but the interior noise level is bothersome.

I always tell them the glove box is behind the seat and my paperwork is in it. Even more fun now, it's behind the driver seat, roll bar blocks it , and the seat is a fixed back race. I struggle to get the paperwork and have to get out of the car to do it.
