that sucks, theres no excuse for a broken misrepresented product.
on the other hand, you need to do more research on something that you're going to buy. you obviously had no clue what they were going for new and got shafted on the price, that is your fault.

^agreed. I did screw up. I now know that. On the other hand, here is a little update to this tools response:

I also want the shipping costs that I have to pay reembursed to me as well. If you would have been honest and said there was a crack, I never would have purchased them for this price. Also, nice to see you were selling them for $120 on G35 driver. If you do not agree to the above, we can do one other thing. You give me $40 back and I keep the pipes. You know just as well as I do you will not get $120 or the $130 you screwed me over for for cracked pipes. If you don't agree to any of these, Then I will just let pay pal decide what to do.

im not paying you for the shipping, lol, and im definetely not selling you anything more, because you know yourself that these test pipes are not cracked, lol, i used them and they were totally fine, if you want the money back that you paid ill give it to you once i will receive the test pipes,

This is even a quote from you, "i never welded them i bought them like this and i am selling like this, they were almost new when i bought them, and they worked perfectly for me..It also is funny that you didn't crack them, but yet I have pictures from the day I got them in the mail and there is a soot mark from exhaust leaking, meaning there is a crack, for you "slow" people. Looking at the picture you even sent me yourself you can see it.

Paying closer attention to the pictures, you will be able to see that there is a crack. This is a picture that he sent me:
