On Monday I am trading in my 01 Mustang GT convertible for a much anticipated "used" 03 Z track model. It is silver with just under 10K miles and has leather. The dealer is asking $29990. What do you think I should be able to get it for?

 

As a dealer I would say they have about 27k in the car. It depends on how long they've had the car and how bad they want to get rid of it. I'd offer 28.5k and stick to it.

 

What do dealers go by to determine trade in value? NADA or Blue Book?
