Just picked up my '04 Touring Coupe yesterday and am loving it!!

I'm of course going through the whole car figuring everything out and playing around with everything it's got.

I thought one of the new things for 04 was that pre wiring for satellite radio was supposed to be included. But when I follow the instructions of how to get there from the radio unit I don't see the SAT option.....and I don't see where any antenna would be put.

Does anyone know what's up with this?

 

I do believe it comes pre-wired for satellite radio, but that wouldn't include the antenna nor service. Last I priced, the antennae were around $150 and service $12-15/mo. (this is from memory and they say the first thing to go is the mind).

I've been talking to my dealership about swapping out my 03 radio for an 04 and I'm currently on hold as the salesman "thinks" the 03 radio may also be pre-wired for satellite. Dunno - first I've heard and I've not yet heard back from him.
