The stylish Z® continues to offer the powerful VQ35 V6 engine producing 287-horsepower and 274 lb-ft torque.

·Pre-wiring for satellite radio
·Addition of a driver and passenger side knee pad

I also heard the Homelink rearview mirror is going to have a digial compass as well.

I like the electronic navi door and the pre wiring for satellite! Why can't the design team think of these things on the first year production models? But I guess that's the price I paid for having my Z early!

Thank goodness, this will finally quell all the rampant rumors of turbo's, yellow paint, and anything else they can think of.

Nice post; first I've seen on 04 changes. Boy, not much is changing. I thought Nissan might change the center console to add more storage & a higher armrest.

I see 2 easily added modifications, 1 that I have no need for, and the 4th we did know about.

I think Ill definitly track down the power door feature, if it fits with the screen of course... it could change the size of the compartment.

I wish they'd put a powered sliding door on the non-navigation models. That would be a cool way to unveil the xenarc screen.

And mix some better paint for Christ's sake! My super black with 4 coats of Zaino only looks superb. It should look spectacular and blinding!

Yeah, that would suck if the non-nav people (most) still got stuck with the cheap, flimsy panel instead of the powered door. On the other hand, power-operated things tend to break more easily, so considering how crappy the normal one is, let's see if they can make this thing work.
