Exclamation MastergradeMotorsport.com Big SCAM!!!

"Mastergrade Motorsport" at MastergradeMotorsport.com their a big SCAM!!! I am going through the process of trying to get my money back via PayPal

"5/26/2009 09:44 EDT - Buyer: I placed this order on April 17th 2009. 1 (one) week after I placed the order I emailed the business to see if they have shipped my car parts, they replied that somehow my order was misplaced and now found and will ship ASAP, that was a month ago and still no email letting me know what's going on and still no product, there is also no phone number on their website. Very bad customer service."

I paid them for some carbon fiber parts over a month ago and I have received only one email and that’s because I emailed them a week after I paid for the products, haven’t heard back from them since. Has anyone else had problems?

^^sorry to hear..
If you had researched, you would have found the many threads from ppl like myself warning about their previous reseller "jim", here on my350z.com.

If you paid by CC, get a charge back asap.

Good luck.

Ya I wish I was a member here sooner! I paid via PayPal and is in the process of being resolved because the seller has not replied to my claim in paypal yet.

but again, like with 99% of the rest of these types of threads, you are only getting one side of the story.

How many sides of the story dose there have to be?? Being I was the customer who sent money for products I never received. It's a simple case of a business taking money and not shipping the product.

well, for starters you claim there is no phone number on their website, that is not true (bottom of the front page next to their email address) so yeah, there are two sides to every story. so far we got one.

Had the same issues but all resolved after 7 months of contant pressuring and badgering. Shouldn't be that way but this should reinforce the need for people to research before buying...
Hope you are able to resolve your issues soon...

What the hell is that supposed to mean? 5000+ posts and you been here since 2003 and yet you're still oblivious to the fact that there is dozens of people who paid for stuff from this douchebag that they're not receiving in a timely manner or at all? Or maybe you got your head a bit too far up Mastergrades ***?

What's the other side of the story then? I'm curious. Maybe you know something we don't.

Just for clarity.. there are 3 sides to every story, not 2.. A, B, and the truth..
The truth is this case is that Mastergrade = FAIL.

You purchased the parts over the website, which includes free shipping within the lower 48 states. You are located in Canada, we asked that you send the extra shipping charges to paypal and we have yet to receive those additional funds for the shipping.

You then filed a paypal dispute this weekend, rather then paying the extra shipping. I have no problem refunding you for the b-pillars.

Thanks !

Of course I wanted them that’s why I ordered them in the first place over a month ago. i still have your email stating you lost my order and you are going to ship them out, well a month gone by and still nothing. Also why would I give you an extra $20? to bad because I have spent over $20,000 on my car with turbo upgrades and top secret parts over the last 2 months and I was looking to buy the wide body kit from you guys and would have done that this week. Also if you needed an extra $20 for shipping why didn't you tell me that a month ago instead of leaving me hanging?? My feeling still remains about the service.

We stated in that same e-mail that there are additional shipping charges to Canada and said we would have to get a quote that following Monday. I sent you another e-mailthat following tuesday requesting you send $20 via paypal to Sales@MastergradeMotorsport.com . I'm not sure if that e-mail was received, as it's sounding like you didn't get it.
