I'm sure a lot of people already know this but did you know that you can turn off the Z and still roll up the windows? As long as you don't open the door it still allows you to roll them up.

I think a lot of new cars/trucks have that feature now. My SUV does, also.

Yeah it's crazy how they say you can do that in the manual. I was amazed.

just for kicks, did you know that you can also roll down the windows with your remote? or that you can raise and lower your windows with just your key in the door?

Safety? Bah. I'd love to sit from far with my windows down hoping for some guy to stick his head in the car for a look.

Maybe it's for your own safety, then, so that you won't do anything that would land you in court.

WHERE IS THE EJECT??

Here's a good one.. Had a buddy ask to look at the engine, then kept talking about how much faster the STI is (meanwhile he drives a integra).

Sitting inside my car, I said "But don't you notice my intercooler?" and he said "where?"

"Right down there by the radiator... " and he lowered his head down to the front to have a look.

HOOOOOOOOOOOOONK!

His ears were ringing for a while.

Anybody notice the empty white plug underneath the gas tank release button? What's that for, diagnostic checks?

Hold the unlock button on the remote for approx. 5 seconds. Keep it pressed to reach desired roll down level

Hmm... my Audi allows me to lower and raise the windows all I want with the key fob. I'm likin' zxsaint's idea!
