Default Possible 350z purchase

Hey Everyone,
I'm looking into purchasing a 350z and wanted to see if the deal I have going on is somewhat good. The car I'm looking at is...

2007 350z
White
6spd
15,300 mi
Touring (leather & bluetooth)

The condition of the car is okay. The front bumper has a 5x2in. scratch that is getting fixed. The rest of the body looks clean and carfax checks out. Tires seem to be in need of replacing in the near future. There are usual scuffs on the inside of the interior where the window switch is and center dash lid. I noticed the tps sensor on, so I'll have them put air in the tires.

I talked them down to 18,800 for the car or 20,185 OTD.

Is there anything I should look for in particular?
Can anyone emphasize on the problems the 2007 model has?
Can anyone enlighten me on the standard factory warranty durations?

Thanks for all the help and I'm sorry that I'm such a noob. Thanks!

Sounds like a pretty good deal. The car has low miles and still should be covered by factory warranty. Good Luck!

That sounds good to me ( $ wise..)

I would check leaks, pinging noises and knocks. (oil check is good too..)
Powertrain is 60,000 and corrosion is 5 years.. so check for rust..
Check the wear on the back tires.. and well Im boring you..

Good luck! (White with black rims...nice yo.)

You can probly get a new 08 for a little more. I got a new 08 base back in Feb 09 for about 23000 OTD. There are some left out there, you just need to search the dealers.

This should help

Since you mentioned warranty, I would say check for any possible mods done to the car and see if they do not void some aspects of your warranty. A lot of things can be done to the Z (Mostly great things.)

thats a really good price to me, taking into consideration that nothing is wrong with it.

i paid 20k OTD for mine. (2006 ENT, 26k miles, 6spd), including additional warranty.

Thanks for the help everyone. I ended up signing all the paperwork and plan on picking her up in a couple of days since I can't get a ride to the dealership.

After it all...

18,700 for the car and right around 20,100 OTD. The TPS light is still on even after putting air in the tires. I told the dealership that the problem had to be fixed before purchase so it was a conditional type deal. Is there something I should be worried about?

Thanks for everyones help, couldn't have pulled myself to sign anything without the this forum.

good deal... it takes a few miles for the TPS to rest and read the pressure.. you should be at 35psi all around cold..
