Don't take this the wrong way, because it's going to come off really inhumane and harsh.

I wish you had gotten hurt in this accident. Your pictures show that you obviously didn't learn your lesson about ****ing around on the road and are proud of what you did, going online bragging about it. Now, if you had gotten hurt...maybe you wouldn't be so quick to have made this thread. I was in a wreck similar, except I got a brain injury and was paralyzed for a month because of it. Do I drive like a ****ing retard anymore? No. A shame people like you walk away clean from this only to do the same thing again with your next car...

Actually we all do. You do realize that our rates go up when insurance companies pay jerk offs that hit curbs right? Just like Eclipse owners probably think you are a jerk off too.

lol......the hell you think im talking about????......make believe "ANYTHING GOES" coverage.......every example i gave were individuals with "full coverage" not, we i can do whatever i want coverage...........

full coverage insurance doesnt cover "exhibitions of speed", which falls under breaking the law, which falls under insurance coverage denial........when a motor vehicle accident is in direct result of breaking the law......news flash buddy..

if u truly believe that full coverage will cover this guy even with the insurance company truthfully knowing what happened, than you obviously don't know the automotive insurance company. Hence the reason why the OP told the dip sheit story of the raccoon.......

NOW, can the op still get a check? yes, hello, how the hell hasnt won one over on the man.......now, do i agree with it being morally or more importantly LEGALLY correct........NO......

now, im a directly targeting u for argument......ummm no, but i really think you should read over your full coverage "limits" of liability before you really respond thinking all is okay here, cause it surely isnt.......

???? wait a minute, full coverage has "limits" of liability.......uhhh, i thought it was full coverage????? LOL...

Maybe you're having a problem understanding. I never once said "if he told the truth he'll get a check"

I did mention that any lie will give him alot of room to stand. Not the same goes for the insurance company. This post can't be used as evidence against him even if you use IP's because he can again use a argument such as "oh my roommate used my computer"

Quit babbling nonsense and using elipses continually as if they're comically making anything you say sound intelligent cause they don't.

All I'm trying to say is the fact he has full coverage will more than likely mean he's getting his check, and those of you thinking he won't cause moderators on a 350z forum know everything are just as dumb as him. He can make up some petty lie for this claim and easily collect the money. You're no cop behind a keyboard, so quit acting like it.

acting......ha.....honestly dude i dont get you......cause i speak only from experience on this subject......like i said, i know friends in the business and i know of incidents of claims getting denied just like this one....

u dont believe me or like me or think im full of it.....umm okay then, u can think what you want....im fine with that......

but i am only regurgitating what I have seen in the past.....

lie......sure he can lie, lie through his teeth all day long, but "IF" a good insurance fraud agent investigates this, petty lies or not, the op will be denied.....thats the simple truth.........trust me the insurance company doesnt need much to prove to deny........not much at all......and to counter an insurance denial cost lawyer money.......

However i did mention:

thats all im saying? its possible the op gets away with it........yes it is..

but its also highly possible he gets busted for claiming a false claim and can possibly get denied with a smidgen of investigation.....

just for grins......lets recap........

Insurance agent gets:

1. police report.
2. recorded phone call with driver and insurance owner weather that be the driver or the drivers AND the drivers daddy with a statement of the events that occured............this call is usually the next day or when claimed......
3. he himself or an insurance company inspector inspect the car and calculate damage and begin cost analysis. to determine extent of damage. total, repair, etc..
THEY ALSO KNOW.
4. driver (op) is 24
5. bought the car a week ago
6. accident was at 1am
7. sports car - 350z

yeah...........and the insurance is gonna easily willingly pay out.......for the op's sake......im sure he is hoping so.....

but i believe a good insurance agent would look further and call an insurance fraud investigation prior to paying out the claim..

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? WE CAN KEEP IT SIMPLE YES OR NO? LOOK FURTHER OR SIMPLY PAY OUT......IM CURIOUS....

oh, and i talked to my friends and family, showed them this thread and they all said "with todays insurance training and practices" any decent insurance agent would definately look further into it........he also said, the main reason they would look further into it would be the "time of incident on police report, age of policy (being a week old), age of driver, sports car" , that alone throws a big red flag to any decent agent....

^to what you said, if you had full comprehensive coverage, and you told them that you were driving too fast and wrecked it without any other car in the incident, arent they legally required to pay out anyways? they'll probably drop you but they still have to pay, right?

well its too late right now to call my friends/family in the business, but from talking to them and learning everything they have taught me:

the discussion you speak about, where the driver is telling the insurance company:

you told them that you were driving too fast and wrecked it without any other car in the incident

would be part of the recorded statement of the incident.

the next question out of the insurance agents mouth will be:

were you observing the speed limit? or was your "driving to fast" above the noted speed limit.

if you respond "i was above"

they will deny you..........based on your limits of liability for full Comp coverage stating you observe all legal speed limits and motor vehicle laws...........

if you respond, no i was below.....lying another words.....???

they will more than likely investigate......look for tire marks, calculate speeds, talk to the first officer on site, inspect damage on car, inspect damage to concrete pillar, curb, or whatever the one car accident hit.........etc....another words, investigate for fraud...

All of that aside if that pic of him looking like he just won a trophy in front of a wrecked car gets to the insurance agent, um he will be . Most people that wreck their car don't look like they got a lifetime achievement award afterward. I don't understand why people defend people that do **** like this and don't care. Next time someone could be hurt cuz he looks like he really regrets wrecking and doing property damage.

I think they would look further into it. EVEN if they do a payout, they can still file for fraud later.

this is funny. my next-door neighbor works for the state and his job is to find insurance fraud. i showed him this thread and he will be sending it to the Mississippi division.
