Get an attorney ... let them deal with the insurance company.

 

By the look of the picture they shouldnt be totaling the car. i own a body shop and i could tell you the car is fixable. the way the car was hit makes it somewhat impossible to bend the frame. if they would let the fix the car you can come out positive on it. you could just bring it to a body shop that would agree to over charge the insurance company and give you some money from it too. try that if you can and btw wat you did to the car was really hot and the xbox install was sick..... sorry for your loss.
