Has anyone noticed how often the dealer inventories are updated on nissandriven.com? Is it only once a day in the morning? Is it worth my effort to sit here and click "view dealers inventory" every 15 minutes like I have been?
My car should be here anytime now. Other dealers in my area are getting more cars everyday, yet my dealer has received none so far.
I'm losing my f**king mind here!

The inventory on www.nissandriven.com is update once per day, in the overnight hours. It is updated at the port.
Dealer websites are updated on an individual basis. Some in real time.

I the online system showing dealer inventory an accurate guage for the dealer actually getting the car?
Is the car going to show up on the Internet (as in the dealer's inventory) before it actually arrives at the dealer? Or could the car show up at the dealer and the inventory on the net not be updated?
Heavens the waiting is killing me..

I can confirm from my own VIN showing up on there, that the inventory is updated as soon as the car arrives in the city/area it's being delivered to, not when it shows up at the dealer. My VIN showed up overnight Monday, but Tuesday my Z was still sitting on a railcar or tuck at the rail station. As of this morning, the dealer is still waiting for the truck to deliver it. It is supposed to show up today for sure. So basically the VIN showing up online is about a 1-2 day warning that your car will be there.

"Could the car show up at the dealer before it's online"..
Anything is possible.
However, with the Florida dealer I'm familiar with, all the Zs that have showed up online have arrived at the dealer 2 days later.
Gneral Motors' GM Buypower works the same way. The cars show "in-inventory" when they are actuall "in-transit" from the port/ground-stock.
