you will get a faster, more accurate response in detail if you go to a body shop

the quarter panel is whats gonna kill you. $900 for the part plus a whole lot of labor.

im not sure how much you'll have to pay for repairs but i can guarantee you that it will not be 10k lmao....sounds like a side swipe. i'd guess your looking at maybe 2k at the most. that is replacement of the parts and paint. but then again im not a mechanic

When all is said and done you are probly lookin around 5-6k. Anytime a quarter panel is involved labor is the killer. It needs to be welded on and your rear side glass needs removed and reinstalled.

This is the best response IMO. You are going to spend $1k on parts alone. Then throw in a lot of labor and a fair amount of painting and the cost is going to be up there.

That sucks. My guess is zman1982's estimate is in the right ball park. Lot of work. Make them pay.

When I got a little ding on my hood and front bumped cause some idiot girl ran into me when I was stopped, it cost her $6K. 10K isn't too steep for a Z but if I had to estimate, 6K-8K. When that happened to me I was just lost, then a month later Nissan rolled it out to me and she looked gorgeous again. Don't man, she will be fixed like new.

Sorry to hear... I've been a victim of it and run twice now.. And once was on my old car only worth about 7k so I didn't have full coverage (it was killing me for being young ~1800/6mo.) so I had to pay the entire amount out of pocket. Ended up being $2400 be glad for your deductable
