My Z is a scratch/rock chip/swirl magnet.

1.Rear ended someone in Dallas when 3 lanes of traffic merged to one, with no emergancy lanes. Car in front of me slammed on brakes. Had his rear license plate imprinted on my front bumper. $650.00 for a new bumper.
2. Factory wheels got stolen down in my basement parking lot. Need new side panels and rear bumper. Ouch!
3. Some young freshman college girl backed into my front bumper at a pool hall. Her license plate fell off and she forgot it. Her father ended up forking out the cash. Another $650.00. Nice way to get rid of rockchips on your bumper.

19,500k miles later. The Z sits in my garage most of the time. Too scared to take it anywhere. Maybe get about 30 miles a week on it at most.

I love my Brick. I drive my car all summer and when the roads are dry in the winter. Our winters come with lots of rocks on the road and I have entertained almost all of them on the front bumper of the Z. Fewer rocks have partied on the front side of the hood. I don't notice them as I approach or leave my car, staring at it the whole time of course. I notice them when I wash and wax every weekend, but frankly, and I know I'll recieve flames for saying this, but it's just a car. (Ouch! OK I felt the first flame.) It is a damn hot car I know!! But at the end of the day, I will never allow myself to get upset, not even remotely, when (not "if"...dream on), I discover the next piece of evidence of Z rape on my paint. I choose to drive it. The rocks choose to love it.

But I will still use all of my aging 6 feet and my soft 210 lbs to kick the *** of the guy I see open his f*cking door on mine!!!!!! (with my luck it would be some hot tartlet coming to the gym).

Anyways, love the Z any way you want to.

Tragic

Your car needs your immediate attention in the form of:

1. Loud music
2. Windows Open
3. TLC Car Wash
4. Your heaviest pair of boots for the drive!!
