I'm not a lawyer, but I do know that one may only use sufficient and not extreme force to disable/stop an attack on his/her person or property. In other words, the response needs to fit the crime. For example, you are probably OK with shooting someone who comes at you threatening with a bat or gun, but it's not OK to blow away someone who merely steps on your property, to harass you or otherwise.

So blowing away a bunch of kids beating up your Z with bats may or may not get you in trouble. Whether it's worth it is up to you.

 

It's OK to dream about completely removing those sick bastards heads with say a 12 gauge pump. In fact it is perfectly normal and in fact healthy to do so. But actually do the deed for real and you know that the system will put you away for a very long time if not forever. The Z is a very nice new car and definately a target for certain, shall we say, low life scum bag puke types of groups. If they can't have it then neither will you. Your best coarse of action is get security, get a garage or get out of Dodge. The cops won't do a damned thing.

 

Naked or not one of them would've caught a serious beatdown. With my past...I know I would've seriously hurt somebody....Ran in the house got my keys and unless they were driving a freakin Ferrari I would've caught up with them. The Z is bashed anyway so why not give them a little Matrix Reloaded road action. Anyway sorry to hear about your troubles. I thank God twice a day for my Garage.
