Well this morning I get in my car to head to the dealership to they can balance my front rim that they replaced and never did in the first place, I notice that on the driver side door the vent that has the three slats that rotates the slats are all messed up. Hmm, so I look at it, turn on the interior lights so I can see what is going on, the piece that connects all three slats is sitting at the bottom of the vent. I fished it out with my fingers, what a stupid design, it is three little pieces that hook one onto each slat and I am guessing that maybe it was upside down and the cold weather caused a little shrinkage and it fell out because it wasn't like that when I last drove it. So I am going to fix it rather then the dealer since it took them 1.5 hours for them to put a new rim on and now another hour this morning to balance it. Just another PITA. Rant off.
