Did it a few days ago buuttt....a shitty cellphone pic from a minute ago
Bought some blue led bars from walmart for like 12 bucks and used double sided adhesive tape to hide them up under the dash on both sides so they aren't visable, only light. Call it rice if you want, I can always take them out but most people thought they looked good. It's a DB as well so it matches

Well, people say I'm crazy, and they're probably right. This is more of a post of what my 350Z did FOR ME today.
Last night I installed a 2" ball hitch onto my trailer receiver.
Why you might ask?
Well I went to Walmart and found a Karmann Ghia that broke down and had been sitting for nearly a week with Walmart threatening to tow it.
I found the owner and bought it for a song and dance, the guy that owned it never had a VW before and didn't know how to work on them. He thought it was overheating because the fan didn't turn (How could it overheat? It wasn't running because it just wouldn't start!!!) The Ghia only had a bad bendix gear spring on the starter! Easy fix, 30 mins only because I haven't done one in a while!
Needless to say, lots of pictures were taken, lots of people kept talking to me at traffic lights and this rig became quite the sight.
So anyways, the Z pulled the Ghia fine, and all stopped fine. I never had a fear or a worry, no spooky sounds or otherwise. Technically its overweight by about 100-200lbs based on Curt's hitch specs, but the tonque weight is practically nothing because the Ghia's weight is distributed on its own 4 wheels. I will admit, the Ghia pulls better than my 4X8 trailer with 2 sportbikes on it.
Hate if you wanna, but I can flip this car as/is and quadruple my money spent.
Enough babble, a picture speaks 1000 words, so here ya go!
Heh, didn't realize this is my first post, lol!

Looks good I planned on doing this upgrade but I couldn't get my tails off haha. I pulled hard enough to where I was afraid I would break something so I gave up. Did you have any issues?

My headlights are like most of your guys' in that they're very foggy and I have to restore them about twice a year so I did that today.
I also noticed that my passenger door handle wasn't sitting flush against my door so when I went to take it off to figure out what was going on I ran into this little guy.
Apparently the bracket that holds the bolt as it goes into my door handle broke and got stripped out. Luckily enough, I was able to tighten the top enough that the whole door handle is now sitting flush and working correctly. If it starts coming off I'll probably have to get a new door handle (as one bolt is stuck in the bottom of the door handle) and have my brother weld a new bracket. For now though, I'm good.
