Waxed my Z34 (again) and checked the status of my Z33, since it's being shipped to Guam. Delivery date is 9 Dec ... hell yeah.

Just finished installing SPL solid diff bushings sorry for unfocused pic... Was going to make a video on removing and installing, but removal of the rear subframe bushing turned sloppy and a bit of improv so vid is scrapped lol.

Finally had a nice day without rain so I could give my car a quick wash before coming into work tonight. Pic was from iphone, so its not that great but man the car looks great at night under the parking lot light. I did a look back and decided to take the pic....

sorry to here. pressure wasshers are for getting mud off a beat up truck..not washing sprts cars. and its like a sand blaster to your clear coat. ur lucky it didnt put hail dents on your door.

also avoid drive thru car washes..imagine washing your car by bashing it as hard as u can with a wet mop to get it clean.

Haven't really drove it enough to write a good impression of it, but I can definitely feel less slop in the rear when I floor it from a stop. I can also hear more gear whine through out the whole range, but honestly nothing more than 15% louder TOPS. Plus if you have aftermarket exhaust, you really gotta listen for it. I don't think anyone would notice it unless they knew how their car sounded before. Overall I'm pleased, but I would definitely get a machinist to press out the bushings if I had to do it all over again haha. phew...

I'm craving something... The type of thing that only ZDayZ can cure. Anyone else dying to go back? Pic from last year when we camped in GA on our way up.

Installed slotted rotors that I bought originally for my g35. Look way better than the rusty stock rotors

Looks good, I tried to wrap mine too but I didn't like the way it came out so I painted it with a friend of mine piano black using Duplicolor. Came out great I think.

+1 soft stream of water and hand washing is all I ever do. I don't let anyone else ever touch my car.

I have a huge scratch on my roof from back when I didn't know what I was doing and I took it to one of those drive-thru washes Never again!

Holy Reply-All, Batman!

Thanks for the condolences I'm glad it all worked out in the end.

Started my minor engine dress-up... replaced the stock accordion hoses on my intakes with Z1 silicone:

Nice. Yeah I'm planning on keeping the stock intake with K&N drop-ins for a while so I finally bought these from Z1 (there were out of the black color for months).

First time ordering from Z1, definitely won't be a last. Customer service is second-to-none.

I like both conceptz and z1. One place I found that I like is b2auto in Florida. Everything ships for free, even my tdx2

ConceptZ, Z1, z1auto, Oakos, and just recently importpartspro are all top notch vendors in my book. Great service everytime.

Swapped to rpf1s with 285 DRs in the rear and realized I like the more narrow 255s for daily. Car is just more fun to drive, switching back tomorrow.
