sup fellow gtf owner

Picked up my car today. I didn't do the install myself, but installed were: JWT clutch/flywheel, hd csc and wilwood mc. Car feels great.

Also discovered my rear diff bushing is blown out so that's next.

Got to drive it and beat the **** out of it on the highway and see 17psi for the first time this year. Talked to Hal a little bit and went over different setups and about my Haltec. No vids yet, but man it was a blast! Tomei screams racecar at WOT, lol

+1. Clean them well enough and they may not even need painting, but if they do, silver is the way to go with non-Brembo. I've got the OEM's leftover from my '08 and I'm going to have them powdercoated a dark silver before selling them.

Replaced the amber reflectors on my Nismo 350Z with the JDM clear ones. Best $60 I've spent in a while! Installation was super easy, took less than an hour.

Me, too. Had them for a while, but too lazy to even check the fit. One of these days . . .

I had ordered the shines auto one in Kevlar. Realize I have to use bolts to hold it down. No thanks.

How do you think the Chargespeeds are going to stay in place?

Are they bolted in the middle of the carbon fiber or on the end?

I don't mind it being bolted but the shine didn't really sit flushed.

I used 2 self-tapping screws on the bottom (into the bottom of the side skirt) along with double-sided tape.

I understand what you're saying. I think the only difference is the TK side pieces are described as "diffusers" so they are supposed to capture air hence not being flush whereas Chargespeed spats are purely aesthetic...not that I believe TK's side diffusers actually make a difference

Where did you order from? I have the rear Chargespeeds already but I took them off because I want to order the fronts...looks a little uneven IMO.
