These cars are notorious for being noisy. Either the throwout bearing making the normal chatter, or just from the lightweight flywheel. My car sounds like a can of rocks being shaken about. If I'm next to a wall, it's even more audible.
I'm sure it's all fine, just take it easy on the car and allow the clutch to break in and you'll be good!
Yea, i'm good now, thanks. The guys at JE told me to take it easy on the new clutch and flywheel for 700 miles before laying into it. So steady crusin' for now.
when it comes time to do my flywheel i think ima have to spend extra for the oem or equivalents if possible. i dont think i can deal with chatter every day
Did you get the southbend billet aluminum single mass flywheel? If so, that one will make noise under like 1500 rpm or so. Made me a little uneasy at first, but I got used to it.

I don't remember off hand which flywheel it was from Southbend, i know I got the Stg 2 clutch in prep for adding a supercharger later but on my invoice from JE it does not specify which flywheel.
