Mine sat in storage for 2 years. I sold her a couple weeks ago to a kid in PA to get a new lease on life. Hopefully he will join the forum and take part in the Z meets around the NE and Mid A.

Some survey out there did say the 350Z is the #1 Chick-Magnet car, though it was a bit a while ago. Not sure what is #1 today.

 

I hope you don't really mean it when you said you sold it to a kid, it looks like a Z that has been put in quite a lot of time and money if you ask me. If it had track wheels and didn't have that decal on the side door, I'd think it be a pretty neat ride.

EDIT: I take it back about the decal thing, I need a better look to see. ha ha

If the Z is a chick magnet, how in the... just nah. The only attention I get is from kids telling their friends "what a cool Lamborghini that is" and kid n.2 replies with "no that's a Macleran GTR" so uhm... dunno what that's all about. I guess if you're a pedo you're golden!

Anyway I finished up my Pioneer install with the HDMI/USB stuff needed for Appradio/Mirrorlink/Carplay, installed the GPS antenna and microphone. Aaaaand I changed out the gear ****. Is it just me or does the stock shifter in "euro" spec perforated Burnt Orange leather look like a ball sack? I put a black Nismo with a Z1 alu finished in there instead. Sorry for no pics, I'm at work pretending to do stuff.

 

Hey Swede where did you cop your nismo ****??? I saw the price on conceptzperformance.com and it's out of the question for me. I saw a g37 one in all black though and it is very nice. Still $168!!!!
Just curious if you knew something or somewhere I didn't on that. I'm at work right now as well....... pretending to do stuff. Lol

Got mine from Z1 i think and paid about $100 for the **** and finisher piece. There are different Nismo versions, there's a titanium with a fastener in the top which is more expensive and hard to come by and then there's the other one which just threads on. The latter one comes in polished or black aluminum.

 

Oh ok. I know the one you're referring to. I was thinking of the oem 370z nismo ****. They're quite expensive. Mine is in great shape but I dislike all the polished on it. Lol

LOL no decals sir, all airbrushed. The kid and his dad want a project\show car to tinker with. It was fun but I have had the car since it was new in 04. I bought a vette a couple years ago and this thing just sat collecting dust. Lots of dust. It was fully sponsored vehicle when I ran it in the show circuits.
