The flickering may not be a bulb problem. If you just want to change the bulbs to get a different output color, then I get that, but the flickering may still be present. I would make sure all your connections are tight and nice and clean.
This is a big part of my problem. I had the headlights complete apart last fall and resealed them all up. The ballasts were strong, and I put in new cheapo Amazon bulbs at the time. The connection was somewhat loose and not super tight though. My headlights work sometimes, and other times not at all...

I would double check the wiring to the ballast. If you have leaky fender liners or the seals on the headlight housings allow in moisture, it could negatively affect the connection at the ballast and/or ignitor which are more prone to moisture than the bulbs.
Now, if you truly need more lighting, consider all new components from TRS.... lens upgrade, bulb upgrade, and most importantly, the 50w ballast/ignitor upgrade. (Stock ballast is 35w.) Build up your existing lights with these components, seal them good, aim them properly upon reinstall, turn on the sun at night. Whew, I couldn't believe the difference and wondered why it took me so long!! The cutoffs are so sharp, I felt like I could almost cut my finger on the beam pattern on the neighbor's garage!
Ha Ha... I'd do this if I could could my hands on another set of lenses. I have to polish my lenses every few months...

Got them from a dude who replaced his stock seats at like 9k miles...
I replaced my driver's seat with a Sparco seat at under 5k miles. Recently took the Sparco seat out due to looking like crap after nearly 13 years of use. Dusted off the bag and brand new stock seat went back in.

New old stock, my dog seems to love this seat in my living room, it might become a permanent fixture. Even my wife sits on it from time to time.
Since the Z is no longer a daily driver the battery health has been slowly declining so I got a battery charger for it (CTEK 56-864). Hopefully it's fine after a good charge (and my house isn't burned down). Hate having to jump start it with the girls's G37 lol it makes the 350z look dated and I won't have that.
Made an awesome trip to see my gf. Its about 1000 miles from pensacola Fl to Ruston La and back. I used a different route going back. Lots of green forests. Z handled it perfectly.
