WOWSERS
TAKO I have nothing but respect for you. You gave a hard fight but obviously the other bidder won by time and not by the pocket book . If only I had that kind of money (measly $52,000 per year ). Oh wells maybe in another lifetime.

Tako...don't put your checkbook away!
My auction starts tomorrow. My VIN ends in a 1 too (1221). Proceeds go to the Tim Herring Needs To Make a Mortgage Payment Fund.
Happy bidding!

I think everybody should give a big round of applause to tako, our resident my350z.com millionaire.
I was pulling for you, you just lost it at the end. However, you are now $95,000 richer.
Thanks for the club invite, but I too am on the wrong side of the continent. Very generous.
Still waiting for my Z.....

The Z was won by a dealer, Tako was right. I emailed them right after they won because I wanted to contact them on behalf of my350z.com, you know... find out what their plans were, who they are etc.
Here's the response when I asked if we could speak on the phone regarding the first 350Z...
---------------------
Absolutely!
You can't believe the excitement around here!
My number is 425-XXX-XXXX, PST. (I blocked the number)
Thanks,

So I am thinking I'll give them a call tomorrow some time, I will post more when I know more.
