Torontonians: 350Z here!!!
Hey all, just stopped by Avenue Road Nissan and the new owner of a Silverstone Track was just taking his car out for a quick spin before they prep it (still had all the plastic crap everywhere).
I was there in my S2000, so could finally compare the two for size.
The Z isn't as big as I thought it would be, which is a good thing. It looks terrific, which I already knew, and the interior was pretty cool as well. Overall, it doesn't seem much bigger of a footprint than the S2000, slightly wider, longer, and definitely chunkier. The 18" wheels look as small on the Z as my 16's look on the S2000.
Car sounded really great accelerating off as well.
Right now, I must distance myself from all the hype and excitement surrounding the 350Z as I can't afford to trade in my S2000.
I've got to see what the new GTR looks like and what the tuning industry does to the Z before making any brash decisions . . .
Anyways, just thought I'd let everyone know.
If you guys want to see a Silverstone Track, the owner is picking it up tomorrow.
