Well thigs dont sound right when 99% of feedback for THM is positive and theres a thread with your mishap. It sucks your not too happy, and some fault may be attributed to THM, however they have done their best to either get you the parts working with noncompliant company or refund you. Which they have.
You say communication was horrible and that is why you are upset with THM. I have not experienced what you did, matter of fact my Emails, PMs and calls with THM were super fast, super easy and VERY helpful.

If it is possible upon Edward's permission to have this entire thread deleted. I do agree my shipping manager could have put some more attention to the matter, and it is our fault for that, but not for the lack of shipping.

I too have ordered things from THM along with TONS of my friends here in Chicago and we ALL heart THM. You said you got more accurate info from Seibon than THM, well of course. THM can only tell you what they're being told from Seibon so if it felt like you were being strung along that's because THM was being strung along too. I think it's so stupid for someone to not do business with a company again based on one MINOR experience. I can see it if your whole order was a mess and you were charged for things you didn't buy etc, but everything else about your order went perfectly. Do you really not realize people are humans and mistakes will happen?? Could THM communicated a little better on it, sure and they even said so. The true measure of a company is how they handle a situation when something goes wrong and judging by their reputation on here and other boards, this was NOT the norm and it's too bad you can't see that.

Well it's the OP's choice if he wants to do business with the vendor again or not...it is his money and there are several other vendors on here that are just as reputable. Ed is a long time friend of mine and I am the one who referred him to THM because I've had nothing but great service from them, however I do think this is just a slight mishap that THM did not have any control of, however if he feels that the customer service just wasn't there, I don't blame the guy for having second thoughts about being a returning customer.

dan I searched THM cuz Im about to get some exhaust from them.... I almost changed my mind after reading the first post haha but I guess its not that bad since almost everyones happy with THM

Its always nice to see good positive things on the forums. Most members only speak up when something bad happens...and we really try to make sure that only the good happens.

I have used thmotorsports for all of my parts and I put their logo across my windshield just because they have always gone above and beyond for me. I have been building cars as a hobby for some time now and I have dealt with a lot of shoddy companies. THM, byfar has exceeded any other company that I have dealt with. I have always received great feedback from them in a timely manner.

I'd also like to recognize THM for their fast responses and overall amazing customer service. I wish I could remember the name of the person who assisted me yesterday, but he took the extra step to remain on the phone with me while I ordered my new intake to make sure all discounts were applied correctly. I'm very impressed, thank you THM.

Yup, LOVE me some TH. Very happy with my transactions with them and will be placing plenty more orders with them very, very shortly. They are definitely a A+ quality vendor to the members of this site. Much ♥!
