Default Intense Power... are they scammers??

I placed an order with them on 12/8 and STILL haven't received any tracking number. I called before Christmas and spoke to someone who assured me I would get a tracking number in the next day or two and still haven't heard anything.

What's the deal with these guys and what do I need to do to get the part I already paid for????

I ordered something from them on 10/30/09 and was told when I called that it would ship out to me the end of November, nothing yet. I have PMed and emailed about my order and have not got a reply. I called the number on the website a few weeks ago and the number said that it had been disconnected. I would really like to know whats going on with my order, ether send me what I paid for or refund my money. The order was just for a Cusco strut bar not anything that was custom made.

The number on the web site works today, and they answered the phone. My suggestion - call them and see what they say.

Im not sure why but these thread pop up every few weeks and all of a sudden dissapear.. Its less annoying if its left up and solved.. Then others can post in the same thread if they have any similar problems.. These threads always get handled for some reason by IP, yet you cant call or email them to solve this..

Oh and they are a Vendor on here so, its funny how they can have so many issues and they never get pmd by mods or admin to step up or be Banned.

But I was banned for posting an email addy.. lol.. You guys serious?

Honestly I don't have time to play games like this. When I order something and pay for it I expect to receive it in a reasonable amount of time.

I called once already and didn't receive what I was told I would so I just called my credit card and disputed the charge.

I orded a part 3 weeks before christmas and they took 2 weeks to get it to me. But the reason they are so slow right now is because they went through a store move, all their parts were scattered about. But they will eventually get back to you. PM them on here and they will pm u back within a few days. I'm bought to do the same. I just ordered rear camber arms and I want the tracking number for the order. You have to be persistent in getting your info or you will never receive it.

Same thing happened to me when i ordered Coilovers from them.. they came within 2 weeks but i never got a shipping number

I just got off the phone with Pete at Intense, he said that the container from Cusco got delayed and that he called Cusco and the container will be here mid January. Maybe when I called before and the phone was disconnected maybe it was during the move. I guess we will see how it goes in a few weeks. He did make a note to give me a good deal on my next order because on the problems

hopefully you get that next order within a couple months from when you submit it lol

lol, like I said you have to keep trying to contact people to get what you want, especially when they are such a big company like intense is. They do hook you up when the order doesn't go right though

Things can happen that will delay orders. The biggest concern is when a vendor is non-responsive.
