Default auto or manual?

i'll definitely get a 350z in 6 months.. but i 'm debating whether i should get a MT or AT. currently, i'm driving a MT. Can you guys tell me about 350z automatic? i've driven a g35 auto, and i tried to drive it manually. Wow, i think the response is really bad whenever i shift. Is this same as 350z?
i personally thing that people who drivve auto in 350z don't know the true meaning of sports cars... Is this just me?
I REALLY want a MT but thinking that i'll have to drive a 350z for more than 3 yrs is what hesitates me the most..

The 350Z automatic shifts gears for you.

Which one should you get? Which one do you want?

There's a lag between bumping the shift lever and the actual shift. It's probably less than a second. You can probably find videos on YouTube with a little searching. Here's one:

The only time I use the manual mode is coming up the slight hill on my street at low speed. It'll shift to a higher gear because of the light load, and it sounds like the engine is almost lugging.

OP - this question comes up about once a week. Search this forum and you'll find hundreds of threads on it. No use starting a new one.
