I've always been under the impression that GTM was a very reputable company, from what I've read here, at least. Interested to hear if they will chime in...

That just really seriously sucks... damn.... and this is straight from their site...

"GTM is arguably one of the best high performance tuning shops in the world, what makes us different and unique from everyone else is our dedication, hard work, and strive for excellent customer service...."

I agree on waiting for GTM say something. I dont want to throw a company, aka under the bus, but I hate having the run around(aka dell a year ago).

I hope the vendor can chime in and let everyone hear their side of the story. Silence is usually an admission of guilt (to be fair though, it has only been about 2 days), maybe they're trying to sort out what happened.

Well tsar is right in a sense, but GTM may not know about the thread yet or, like he mentioned in his own post, may have to sort through the particulars to figure out what's going on with the original post. Since they are a vendor here, and one which some have said is very upstanding, I would expect them to refute this claim or admit to it at the very least.

In for the full story.

Haven't had any problems with GTM, although the only thing I've bought from them is the setrab oil cooler bracket... which I never ended up using. DAMN YOU GTM!

jk

The bracket is actually quality.. just didn't need it.

I'm dealing with Sam at the actual GTM store (909-481-1401) about getting a stage 2 fuel system, spark plugs, osiris pro tuner kit plus they're doing all the tuning for my 08 twin turbo nismo, and so far he's been very helpful.

So I might start getting a little worried after this post but they're customer has been great with me so far.
That's a lot of stuff, I'd give them a bit of time.

i know its his first post, but who would take the take the time to sign up to a forum, type everything out (lets be honest, hes probably not typing over 60 WPM) all just for a prank or to bad mouth a company.

if this had happen to me, i would have taken the time to make sure my voice is heard.

I just talked to Sam today and I actually paid for everything on Feb. 23rd so for the delay GTM is overnighting everything to me so I can have it to finish my build this weekend. Pretty solid customer service in my opinion.

Well, for those of you out there, you don't HAVE to believe in what I said up here.
Its up to you to judge, but that was what really happened to me.
I am not sure if its due to the fact that I do not live in area and he treated me that way.

Anyway, just want you guys to becareful, that's all. Nothing more nothing less.
