On my driver's door, my driver and passenger's window button and lock/unlock door button lights up when i turn on my headlights. My question is, does your lock/unlock button for the window light up as well??

By the way, do we have lights where the foot pedals are? I don't know if I m seeing things at night or just a reflection since i see a light at my food that keeps turning on and off. Thanks guys!

window lock/unlock button doesn't light up, according to my dealer. I asked about this last visit and they said they checked other Zs on the lot and they didn't light up as well. I would have assumed that it would light up like all the other buttons. Hmm. Does anyone's button light up?

 

I have a 2004 and mine don't light up.

My lock/unlock button lights up when the headlights are on....

 

This is what I have noticed about the window/lock switch lights: When i first get into the car with the headlights off, they do not light. When I turn the key to start the car, they light. I'm not sure how long they stay on. When I turn the ignition off, they stay on for about 30 seconds or until I open the door. Operation should be similar with the headlights on. BTW - I don't use the interior dome light so this makes it easier to see the switch lamps at night.

 

Kinda pricey though
