I ordered a Veilside V1 C/F lip from them on Feb 2nd, after a week and no tracking I called to see what was up. Same deal as some of you guys, they were out of stock but were in no hurry to tell me.
Here we are in April, over two months and I still do not have my lip. All they will tell me is that it will be shipped from Veilside USA when their next shipment arrives. It went from late March to early April and now to mid-April.
I've sent about 5 pm's and multiple emails with no response. The only way to get an answer is to call them out in their thread.
I will never do business with them again...

Ohh and davidv. First I would just like to say that it is not unreasonable to expect a set of lowering springs in 7 days let alone a tracking number. The days of the pony express have ended and I have stated I was willing to pay to make it happen.
Regardless I have had mediocre to bad service from shops before and yet this is the first time I have ever posted about it in the probably 4 plus years i have been modifying the car and on these forums. The only reason I am posting about it now is because of how extremely rude and and blatently insulting they were.
Let me tell you something I didn't survive two wars to come
home to be talked down to by some arrogant shop kid, and not atleast have something to say about it

Not trying to be an *******, and I'm thankful for you joining the service, but just because you decided to join the military doesn't mean you should be treated any differently then someone who didn't. I hate the fact that some people think who they are just because they enlisted to join the military, when it was their own decision.

It's getting worse and worse with vendors/tuners on this site. They let sales or whatever blow up there head and think they can either charge double the price for "quality" or half the price and then ur on the back burner and they will "do it" when they have time. Iv had 100% PERFECT customer and sales service from Injected and CIN Motorsports. I spoke with intense about there GT35r turbo kit when it was released over a few pms and the salesman was trying to charge me retail. But the price was so low he couldn't post it lol. IB only care about monthly vendor payments they could care less who they let n just to rip us off

There's enough here to discourage me from ever ordering from them, wow.
A week for a tracking #? That's rediculous. If you have the time/audacity to take someone's money without updating your online stock, you've got the time for a curtosey call / e mail to inform them it's not in stock.
Don't have that time but doing high volume? Hire a couple low wage customer service reps so you don't lose thousands in the long run... pretty simple.

I think nathan...was referring to his tolerance level. After being through some deep **** we dont take **** from anyone, let alone a single vendor when there is so many to choose from.

I ordered my titek intake cut out a week went by and never received tracking #. They told me that it was going to ship on the 1st well two days after the 1st and no tracking # still. So I called and it had already been about 2 or more weeks and he was like I will send u the tracking # right now and I received it that day. I got my tracking # the same day that I received the part. Good prices but customer service isnt the best.

I had major issues with them everytime I've ordered something, what they say is in stock never actually is, I eventually get it, but getting it in a timely matter is a whoooollleee other story.
Basically don't plan on seeing anything for a while, lol.
And then if you cancel your order expect about a month to see the money in your account, lol.

What I see a lot of now on this site with vendors are these terrible put together websites, or not website at all. (I am on many other auto forums for my past car, Once I find a reputable vendor I will stick with them, no reason to switch unless they don't have the part). A nicely put together website with tracking of in stock items is a must. It's 2010, the internet has been around for quite some time and there are programs out there that help you keep track of your in stock items, tracking, shipping etc. There are some vendors on here that have their business put together so well that I'm sure it's very easy to keep track of everything. Injected Performance by far has my vote with parts. They are almost local, but all pm's, emails, and tracking numbers are sent very promptly. I ordered some inner fenders from a vendor on here on April 1st. but didn't get a call till April 8th that the "tabs and bolts" were out of stock and would send when they arrived. Aren't you supposed to keep track of this stuff?
People don't want much investment into the company but want all the returns. Honestly, I think a nice website says a lot about your company. These days people want a website to go to and will "judge" your company based on that. If you don't have a site, or it looks like a geo cities page, more than likely people will pass on you.
Also think it's a joke when you can't be reached by phone. Email and aim are easy ways to ignore someone.
