how far have you driven on one tank?

Default how far have you driven on one tank?

i havent taken a roadtrip in my car yet so the most i ever got was a bit more than 300 on a tank. im also not sure how much further the car can go past E

I clocked 380 miles before i fueled up driving straight highway to florida, Doing about 70mph on cruise control. clocked 26.5 miles per gallon.

went all the way across the US in my 07 5AT touring and got usually 410-440 miles out of a tank steady 75-80MPH

03 man, i have gotten 410 miles from full tank. When i filled up the tank, 17.7 gallon went in

i'd say around 400 something. i drove from sc to ohio and only filled up once or twice on the way up there, and about 3 times on the way down cause of a damn detour in tn-nc border

about 200 miles of pure pleasure and spirited driving . actually not sure how much i get per tank.

No, it has been discussed before though. It's one of those things where your mileage may vary (literally) and fits into the category of "what do you pay for insurance". Some people drive their cars like raped apes and some drive them very slowly, some drive freeway, some drive city, some do all the maintenance and some don't do any. It's really a far out there question when you break it down...

My bets are the OP hasn't figured out the car has a 20 gallon tank and he never puts more than 16 gallons in it.

I did the same thing but I always fill up before the computer says 100 dte

Haha, I still refuse to believe the tank is that large. I know it has to be, but I have NEVER put more than 17.5 gallons in it...

Drive until you run out, then fill it up. That is the only way to "prove" it, lol. I got 28 on a round trip to Pittsburgh last weekend; at 420 miles the DTE light came on, drove it another day, and only squeezed 16 gallons in. I've never managed to put 18 gallons in and I've driven it quite a few miles past the DTE --- display.
