i havent taken a roadtrip in my car yet so the most i ever got was a bit more than 300 on a tank. im also not sure how much further the car can go past E
i'd say around 400 something. i drove from sc to ohio and only filled up once or twice on the way up there, and about 3 times on the way down cause of a damn detour in tn-nc border
am i hurting the 350z community by asking a simple question?
No, it has been discussed before though. It's one of those things where your mileage may vary (literally) and fits into the category of "what do you pay for insurance". Some people drive their cars like raped apes and some drive them very slowly, some drive freeway, some drive city, some do all the maintenance and some don't do any. It's really a far out there question when you break it down...
Haha, I still refuse to believe the tank is that large. I know it has to be, but I have NEVER put more than 17.5 gallons in it...
Drive until you run out, then fill it up. That is the only way to "prove" it, lol. I got 28 on a round trip to Pittsburgh last weekend; at 420 miles the DTE light came on, drove it another day, and only squeezed 16 gallons in. I've never managed to put 18 gallons in and I've driven it quite a few miles past the DTE --- display.
