If there is one car on nissandriven.com can other cars be at the dealership as well? Or is it only going to be whats listed on the web? Because my dealer, stamford motors, has one on the web, but he's xpecitng more than one to come but hes not 100% sure.


Does any one know of simmilar situations at there dealerships? Thanks.......

I think that the Nissandriven site shows what cars are coming. I doubt that Stamford will be getting more than one car. At least in the very first shipment. The website predates the car showing up at the dealer by about 4-5 days it seems.

 

The allocation of cars to the dealers for the first round is set and is not going to change. That being said, the only way to confirm the total number of cars your dealer will get is to ask (and hopefully get a truthful answer).

As for the VINs appearing on Nissandriven.com... my dealer has three VINs on hand right now (one track, two touring). One of the three popped up on the site last week, and the car showed up that day. The other two are definitely on the way, and should be there in the VERY near future. I know my dealer is getting nine cars, six of which have no VINs, eight of which have yet to appear on Nissan's page.

VINs are posted to Nissan's page when the cars are loaded on trailers and headed for their respective dealerships.

 

The only reason im still not sure, is because im the number one spot at my dealer, and he says hes sure im in the first alocation of vehicles, yet my car is not the one on the net. I think its possible for them to have more than one car? 3 doesnt sound unreasonable to me??

Well...The other day, I drove past a dealership about 10 minutes from my house. They had a brickyard in their lot. I went home, confused, because I knew that the brickyard was NOT online in their inventory. And when i checked, I was right, it wasn't online, but it was there at the dealership. So just keep checking up on your dealership. That's all

Well it all makes perfect sence. But i dont want my hopes to high (although they already are) I have the first order. Supposedly comming Sept 16th, we all know the cars have come early. One car is in the inventory, but my dealer thinks not just one will arive. So as i see it, its very possible my car will be here this tuesday! If i do pick up on tuesday at stamford motors, ill post before i go, and you can e-mail me if your around there (anyone who wants). If not, then ill just have to think of nothing but Z for 2 more weeks...... i dont think i can handle college and this, and work. So this better come soon, so its just college and work

Jersey shore? You any where near long beach island? My freind's got a place there.....

 

Keep in mind that being first in line does NOT mean you car was built first (believe me I KNOW how that feels).

Also, remember that cars in the "first allocation" may end up showing up as late as November.

 

The CT cars that are coming 9/16 are on a ship that's due to dock on 9/10, so I doubt that your Z will be here tomorrow. Sorry.

I think the cars (in general) show up at Nissandriven when they get offloaded from the ships and put on trucks.
